This new MKM CD-210 rotary disk atomizer is a high-performance, industrial-grade component designed for integration into spray dryer systems operating at speeds up to 19,000 RPM. All product-contact components including the feeder cover, retainer, sleeve, feeding pipe, and Ø210 mm spray disk are made of SS316 stainless steel, precision-machined and dynamically balanced for smooth high-speed operation. The spring steel main shaft is centerless ground for strength and concentricity, housed in a mild steel bearing block with accurately machined bearing seats.
The atomizer includes an RPM sensor with digital display, a maintenance tool kit (pullers, spanners, locknut tools), and a dedicated MKM lubrication system that maintains oil temperatures below 75°C at 10 TPD. The ceramic-insulated jacket and performance-matched dimensions ensure direct compatibility with existing spray drying lines.
