2012 Bakon Chocolate Enrober with Stringer

2012 Bakon enrobing system with decoration stringer and blow-off unit. Working width 1000 mm. System comprised of 2 stations. 1st station has a waterfall enrober with adjustable flow tube control, a blow-off unit, and a heated collecting tank. 2nd station has a waterfall enrober, a decoration stringer, a blow-off unit, and a heated collection tank.  Poly-band through conveyor, 156 in. long x 41 in. wide x 34.5 in. tall, 3/4 in. spacing between each poly-band, with scrapper station for cleaning bands, conveyor speed up to 5-6 meters per minute. The (2) collecting tanks have a 50-liter product capacity per tank, product pump capacity of 680 liters per hour, hot water heating system with recirculating pump, on casters for removing during sanitation. Electrical requirements, 208V, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 20.5 kw.
