Used approximately 1660 gallon Tolan T316L stainless steel reactor. Internal rated 75/FV @ 350 degrees F. T304L Stainless Steel Dimple Jacket rated 150 psi @ 400 degrees F. Vessel insulated and sheathed. Shell 5/16" thk. Head 1/2 thk. Jacket 12 GA. Dished top and bottom heads. Approximately 66” diameter X 101” straight side. Top center mounted Lightnin drive model XLSS-200F with 2 tier 4 blade pitched agitator. 4 baffles Top manway 16”. Legs. Approximately 2”Center bottom outlet. NB1463. SN 7267-1 Built 1981.
