Flexicon’s REAR-POST bulk bag filler with cantilevered fill head is offered with performance options including a roller conveyor; inflator to expand the bag prior to filling, automated vibratory densification/deaeration system to stabilize the bag, and material delivery system integrated with the user’s process equipment or bulk storage vessels.
The unit features a cantilevered fill head with powered fill head height adjustment that accommodates all popular bag sizes, pneumatically retractable bag hooks, an inflatable connector to seal the bag inlet spout, and a feed chute vent for dust-free air displacement during filling.
Technician note – the motor which is installed on the dust collection blower will require replacement.
