100 GALLON STAINLESS MIX TANK WITH LIGHTNIN MIXER MODEL X1C2

ITEM 1002: 100 GALLON STAINLESS MIX TANK WITH LIGHTNIN MIXER MODEL X1C25: 30 inch diameter by 36 inch straight side stainless steel tank with shallow cone bottom for full drain. Flanges are 316 stainless steel so shell is probably 316 stainless steel.
Weight of entire assembly is 1077 pounds.
Tank is mounted on a stainless steel 4 inch high channel welded skid assembly 42 inches wide by 80 inches long.
Top of tank is 48 inches above bottom of channel base. Tank has shallow cone full drain bottom with 1 inch flanged stainless steel outlet. Face of flange to bottom of channel is approximately 5 inches. Flanges are 316 L stainless steel. Nozzle on the side near the bottom has one, 1 inch flanged outlet with blind flange bolted to it. Tank also has two 1 inch flanged nozzles with Jergensen type liquid level indication. Also on lower side is a half inch flanged outlet with sample type of valve. Nozzles on top of tank are 1-1/2” with 150 pound flange 316 stainless steel with some discharge piping. Also on top of tank is a 8 inch hinged quick opening inspection port. Tank appears to be very clean. Lighting mixer mounts on a 6 inch 316 stainless steel flange at slight angle.
Mixer motor is 0.5 HP, explosion proof. Mixer shaft is 1 inch diameter. Shaft steps down to 3/4 inch diameter where three bladed prop is attached. Tank is in excellent condition.
