USED 2020 AZFAB 3'X8' SCREEN + 400/30 SUPER CUTTER HYDROCYCLONE + DAC ATTRITION CELL

AZFAB 3'x8' dewatering and scrubbing system rated at 60–70 TPH for concrete sand. Includes AZFAB 3'x8' dewatering screen with rubber-lined side walls, dual adjustable motors, and tower-mounted 900/70 Super Cutter Hydrocyclone with vacuum control. A set of small attrition cells, heavy-duty rubber-lined slurry pumps, and a structural steel tower are also included. The attrition cell (DAC2082) was built in 2015 and sourced used through AZFAB. The rest of the system was installed new in 2020 and operated until early 2021. Total run time estimated under 2,500 tons. Very clean and ready to be re-integrated into a sand processing line.
