RSC Inline Rinser and Indexing Conveyor, using ionized air to clean bottles. Includes Air Cleaner for bottles with 10-Nozzles, and 4.5" wide X 108" long stainless steel belt conveyor, with guard rails. Set up for 2-1/4" center-to-center on nozzles. Previously run at 40 bottles/minute. As bottles are fed into the system, they are counted and securely held in place before being clamped and pivoted for cleaning. Once cleaned, the bottles are returned to the conveyor system. Offered with a 6" touchscreen controller. The electrical specifications are 110 Volts and 60 Hz. Last used in food application.
