Flexible Screw Conveyor with Bulk Bag Filler features a 316 stainless steel Type "T" floor hopper with a 3 cubic foot capacity (24” square x 33” high), including a solid bolted cover. The system includes a 20-foot FLEXICON BEV-CON™ conveyor with a 4.5” O.D. polyethylene outer tubing and machined spiral, driven by a 5 HP TEFC motor with parallel shaft gear reduction, delivering a throughput capacity of 69 CF/Hr. The bulk bag filler is a TWIN CENTERPOST™ station with pneumatic bag loop arms, adjustable height (36”-72”), and an inflatable inlet seal for spouts 14” to 22” diameter, accommodating bulk bags up to 4,000 lbs. It also features an air displacement vent with a filter sock, operator controls for inflate/deflate, and a load cell weigh system with FM-approved precision load cells and a NEMA 4X stainless steel junction box.
