The 2026 Green Max MC50E Hot Melt Densifier is an efficient solution for recycling needs, designed to handle foam waste with a compression ratio of 90:1. It features a production capacity of up to 50 kg (110 lbs) per hour, making it suitable for moderate workloads. The machine efficiently reduces the volume of foam waste, achieving a compressed foam density range of 600-800 kg/m³ (1011-1348 lbs/cu.yd.).

With a total power consumption of 15.2 kW (20.4 hp), the MC50E is equipped with a 7.5 kW (10 hp) screw motor and a 2.2 kW (3 hp) exhaust motor.
