The 2026 Green Max MC300E Hot Melt Densifier is a robust solution for handling foam waste. With a total power consumption of 92.5 kW (124 hp), the densifier is engineered for efficiency and performance. It features a crusher motor power of 2*7.5 kW (10 hp each) and a screw motor power of 30 kW (40.2 hp), tailored to meet individual operational demands.

Equipped with an efficient compaction system, the MC300E achieves a high compression ratio of 90:1, producing a compressed foam density between 600-800 kg/m³. The production capacity is impressive, handling up to 150-250 kg (331-551 lbs) of material per hour. This fully integrated machine incorporates an agitator motor for both the compactor and the silo, plus a blower motor power that can be adjusted upon request.

The densifier stands with dimensions of 3165*4255*4300 mm (125*168*170 in) and a weight of 6.5 tons (14330 lbs).
