Overview
Quadro Comil Model U20 underdriven conical screen size reduction mill with stainless steel product contact construction. Unit includes a stainless steel feed hopper with two D-Lok quick-release clamps, enclosed milling chamber, stainless steel support frame, and Reliance Electric Duty Master XEX drive motor. Motor is rated 7.5 HP, 1760 RPM, 230/460V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, TEFC. The Quadro Comil uses an impeller and conical screen arrangement for controlled particle size reduction, deagglomeration, delumping, and sizing of powders and granular products. Suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, nutraceutical, and general powder-processing applications. Unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame for integration into an existing processing system.
