Overview
Vertical kiln / furnace, 30" id x 12' high chamber, thermo processor, rated at 1 million BTU per hour, 900 pounds hour discharge capacity. Unit last run as ceramic bond processor on clay and heavy metals waste material. Vertical kiln is top fed, complete with combustion air blowers, gas train and controls. Unit offered separately although most system components pre-heater and high temp dust collector are available. System manufactured new 1992, ran on test basis only with capacities as described.
