Description
Crystallizer, 8,000 gallon capacity, manufactured by Struthers Wells, "Krystal", cooling type crystallizer. Constructed of 316 ELC stainless steel, design pressure -15 PSI external Full Vacuum at 200 degrees Fahrenheit and 20 PSI internal at 250 degree Fahrenheit. Suspension chamber measures 10' outside diameter x 9' straight side, 6' cone bottom. 38" center top nozzle, 20" top side manway, 24" side manway, top head thickness 3/8" and bottom head and shell thickness of 5/16". Includes Lightnin' agitator. Agitator driven by 7.5 HP motor, 67 output RPM on shaft, shaft includes (2) 3-blade paddles. Vessel was previously wrapped with cooling coils (coils have been removed).
