Anko Potsticker/Gyoza former, Model AFD-888. Includes a total of 16 pockets for potsticker dough, 3" wide folding jaws. Dough is fed through 9" wide compression rollers leading to second set of rollers, feeding stainless steel belt conveyor with the feed to molding jaws. Complete with stainless steel hopper and vertical auger, twin piston feeding for meat/vegetable filling. Rated for 3-phase, 60 cycle, 220 V, 3300 W HP. Rated for up to 9,000 Gyozas per hour. Capable of sizes: 18-20g, 24-26g, and 28-30g. New in 2013, Serial number 110-7074.
