USED 1999 GEA NIRO PSD4

GEA Niro sanitary spray drying system, Model PSD4, featuring an 8’ inner diameter x 8’6” straight side x 8’9” cone bottom spray dryer chamber with 316 stainless steel product contact surfaces and a mirror-polished internal finish. Includes a fluid nozzle and 17” diameter centrifugal rotary atomizer, a 6’ diameter sanitary stainless steel cyclone fines collector, and a pulse jet dust collector with cone bottom. Equipped with a 145 kW Watlow electric heater, external HEPA filter, steam coil air handler, 37.25 kW electric heater, and internal HEPA filter. Designed for nitrogen purge and solvent recovery with a condenser (less receiver pot), 7.5 HP process air supply and return blowers, solution feed pump with Micro Motion flow meter, and interconnecting pipework from dryer to dust collector and cyclone. Includes GEA Niro control panel with HMI, 460V, 3-phase power.
