Description
Grote 613 Multi-Slicer, with a maximum product size of 6" X 13” (152 X 330 mm). The slicer can produce slice thickness ranging from 0.04" to 0.50” (1-12.7 mm). It accommodates stack heights of up to 2” (51mm). Powered by electrical input of 200-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, Single phase. Rated for up to 90 strokes per minute. Includes (2) 3-1/4" diameter X 26" high stainless steel product holders (room to add one more holder). Offered with 13" wide X 42" long stainless steel wire mesh dewatering conveyor. Set up for Disposable AccuBand® band blades. Previously used in salad processing application. Serial number 1118367.
