Overview
Grote FPS-1000 slicer, Fresh Produce Slicer, includes (5) product feed tubes with 2-3/8" x 3-1/2" opening, leading to 30" wide cutting zone, including Accuband blade. Previously slicing bread (Musso Toast) at 0.5” thick. All stainless-steel construction. Driven by 2 HP, 230/460V, 1725 RPM, 3/60 Hz motor thru gearbox. Machine rated for 208/240 Volts, 3/60 Hz, 14.0 FLA, Includes controls for slicer: on/off and stroke speed. Serial number 1126822. Previously used at bakery.
