Overview
From the seller: Please note that for the Omag 2000, we sent 3 parts to Omag in Italy to be fixed at an expense of over $12,000 in total. While Omag changed the parts, we believe they put in the wrong software and they are not compatible with NUM. A num rep needs to come to our factory to fix the software. But Omag wants us to pay for his trip and time. Since it was not our fault, we asked them to pick up his cost which they have not agreed to. We are in limbo. but, if fixed, the machine is in excellent running condition.
