The Bruker B-ACS 60 (Bruker Automation Control System) is a 60-position automatic sample changer designed for automated, unattended sample handling on compatible Bruker NMR spectrometers.

The B-ACS 60 accommodates up to 60 NMR samples and provides automated sample positioning and exchange for high-throughput and routine NMR applications. The system features a continuous sample-holder belt with individually numbered sample positions, integrated drive mechanisms, and front-panel controls for operation and status monitoring.

The B-ACS 60 was commonly installed on Bruker AVANCE, AVANCE II, AVANCE III, and related NMR systems, including 400, 500, and 600 MHz configurations.
