This feature significantly reduces operator fatigue by eliminating half of the manual effort, making it easier to handle long transfer times. The auto-open function also helps prevent scorched t-shirts, particularly during longer transfer processes like direct-to-film designs on both textile and non-textile substrates.

Clamshell Design
Close the lid and walk away with confidence. The HIX S Series Auto Release Heat Transfer Machine allows for worry-free operation, letting you set up another job or take a break while it works. When the transfer is complete, the clamshell lid automatically opens, stopping the heat transfer process, while the upper platen remains hot and ready for the next job.

Ideal for Direct-to-Film
Specifically designed to excel in direct-to-film applications, the HIX EVO PRO S Series is perfect for handling the longer transfer times required by this process. Its precise heat control ensures consistent results on both textile and non-textile substrates, reducing the risk of scorching and color migration.

Digital Display

Enhanced Design
An optional cantilevered Splitter Stand accessory is available, making it easier for operators to “dress” the shirt over the lower platen. This keeps the back of the shirt safely positioned underneath the machine, away from heat and compression, preventing double-compression and overheating of previously applied transfers on the same shirt.
