Overview
V-Shapes Alpha vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) sachet packaging machine with a 6-lane configuration. Designed for dosing low to high-viscosity fluids into single-serve sachets. Configured to run sachets up to 340mm x 340mm, with capacity up to 16,000 sachets per hour depending on lane setup and product type. Equipped with direct and volumetric filling systems, CIP functionality, and integrated HMI for recipe and speed control. Installed in 2020 and previously used for food-grade product. Used in food-grade cleanroom.
