Bonnot single screw extruder, model 4", featuring a mild steel barrel and screw with an approximately 4" diameter x 46" long jacketed barrel. The extruder has an 8" x 16" hopper feed size and is driven by a 15 HP, 230/460 Volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1800 RPM motor through a Dodge gearbox with a 13.66 gear ratio. The system operates with a minimum RPM of 41 and a maximum RPM of 246. Last used in sealants application.
