Set of Two - Allegheny Bradford Corporation shell & tube heat exchangers, constructed of 316L stainless steel on the product side and 304 stainless steel on the shell side. It features a total heat transfer area of 466.5 sq-ft for both units. Designed for 150 PSI at 350°F on both the shell and tube sides, with a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of -20°F at 150 PSI, it meets ASME U & NBR code & CRN (W3243.2) compliance. The unit measures 10.75” diameter X 11’ long, with seamless tubes measuring 0.5 in OD, 0.049 in thick, and 10 ft in length, supported by single segmental baffles with 40% cut. It is designed for 49,705 lbs/hr of 90% Ethanol/10% Water Solution heated from 125°F to 135°F using 41,988 lbs/hr of 50% Ethylene Glycol at 145°F to 135°F, with a total heat exchange capacity of 700,000 BTU/hr for both units in series. The single tubesheet is equipped with a fixed tubebundle and Class VI PTFE encapsulated EPDM O-rings for enhanced sealing. Connections include 10” Tri-Clamp inlet/outlet for the product side, 6” 150# RF Flange inlet/outlet for the shell side, and a 3/4” NPTF vent/drain.
