Pacific 6-Head Inline Filling Line with integrated Arol Closure Systems Model M-EURO VP WASHABLE Capper and bottle rinser. The system features a Pacific SL-7406-12-VP inline volumetric filler with Waukesha positive displacement pumps driven by Allen Bradley servomotors for accurate fills up to 0.029 gallons per revolution. Includes a 5" wide stainless steel conveyor with adjustable guide rails, "no-bottle/no-fill" sensors, and sanitary grade filling nozzles. The Arol capper provides precise capping for various bottle types. The system is controlled via a PLC-based touchscreen HMI interface and includes a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system for sanitation. Operates at 480V with air requirements of 80-100 PSI and handles up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Also includes McBrady HS 300 Gripper Bottle Cleaner, Rinser/Washer. Constructed with 304 stainless steel, suitable for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Last used to run 64-ounce smoothies.
