Overview
Stainless Steel 500-gallon jacketed and agitated tank, manufactured by Crepaco. Tank has a jacket rated for 75 PSI at 400°F. Dimensions are 48" diameter x 58" straight side with dish bottom to 2” diameter center bottom outlet. Agitation includes a 3" diameter shaft and two sets of 3" paddle blades. Includes (3) 3" top ports, (2) 2" top ports, (1) 1-1/2" top port, an 18" diameter manway. Agitation is provided by a top-entering gear motor rated at 30/7.5 HP, 460V, 3-phase, 60Hz, with a gear reducer ratio of 9.6 and output speeds of 192-98 RPM. The tank is mounted on legs.
