Sturtevant SD-80 Air Classifier, designed for particle separation in the 100 to 400 mesh range, equipped with a 60-75HP motor and manual control. Rated for up to 56,000 CFM, 75 – 240 TPH feed rate. It uses centrifugal force to separate fine particles from coarse ones, with both fractions available for collection, further processing, or disposal. The unit includes ceramic wear tiles for extended use and comes with a W. Meyer & Sons rotary valve. All original Sturtevant documentation is available. The classifier is operational, requiring only a replacement of the automatic oiler.
