Olsa 50-Liter Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer, model MACEF PH 50 B. This stainless steel, jacketed vacuum mixer operates with a maximum working capacity of 50 liters and a minimum of 12.5 liters. Equipped with a 5.4 HP homogenizer motor, 2 HP internal motor, and 3 HP outer motor, the unit includes a 1.5" tri-clamp bottom discharge port. Rated for a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 450 kPa at 156°C and a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of 0°C at 450 kPa, it is designed for demanding applications. Additional ratings include 220 kPa at 156°C. Integrated with a Micrologix 1200 speed indicator and an AB70 112M2 homogenizer motor, the system features an MTL5000 Zener barrier for electrical safety. Operates on 360V, 60 Hz, 3-phase power and includes CIP capabilities for clean-in-place operations.
