Overview
Used 575-gallon 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Mix Tank. Vessel measuring 56” diameter X 54” straight side, it is equipped with a 2” bottom side discharge (BSD). The tank features a single-zone jacket covering the straight side and bottom head. Mounted on a frame with legs, top head includes single-motion agitation with a scrape surface and turbine paddle blades, driven by an 8.8 kW (11.8 HP) motor at 1750 RPM, supported by a gear reducer for operation. A bottom mounted bolted homogenizer, with a 7" diameter x 2.7/8" long mesh, operates at 3520 RPM, powered by a 17.3 kW (22.2 HP) motor.
