APM shrink bundler, Model MSA-26SS/T-261248SS, Serial number 590, stainless steel construction, was last used to bundle cups. The machine operates by placing products in front of the pusher assembly. Once positioned, products are manually pushed through the film to an adjustable stop, where they are held in place by a product hold-down and sealed by the seal bar. The sealed product is transferred to the heated tunnel, where the film shrinks as it passes through. After exiting the tunnel, the product cools and is transferred downstream. The machine uses two rolls of film for overwrapping, which are threaded through the machine's film carriage and dancer bars for precise film control. The unit is equipped with a quick threading feature for easy loading and accommodates film rolls up to 14-1/2" in diameter. Seal temperature and pressure are adjustable to ensure a secure seal during operation.
