Used Gerhart Model PTF semi-automatic top palletized drum filler equipped with two reversible powered infeed conveyors and one reversible powered filler conveyor. The conveyors provide a 51" effective width and include a pop-up section designed to provide 12" garage door clearance between the infeed conveyors. The filling system features a carbon steel filler frame with powder-coated finish, a 1" tri-clamp product inlet, 1" 304 stainless steel product flow control, and 304 stainless steel wetted parts. Filling controls include bulk and dribble flow modes, a no-container/no-fill safety interlock, lance up/down controls, start and stop controls, and an end-of-fill purge cycle. The system also includes alpha-numeric lot-number entry at the beginning of a fill cycle and a 12" color touchscreen operator interface.
