Groen PT-30 Kettle 30-gallon capacity and dimensions of 24" diameter and 20" height. The kettle is 2/3 jacket, 304 stainless steel, 1-3/8" TDO valve and a 1/4" perforated strainer. Kettle has a pedestal base and hinged cover maximum operating pressure is 25 PSI and temperature rating of 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Previous use in beverage processing.
