Inline Chuck Screw Capper with automatic sorter and bulk hopper. The machine will automatically sort and feed caps from a bulk hopper and deliver them to cap applicator. The applicator takes the cap from the chute escapement and places it onto the container. It then inserts the cap into the cap retainer, securing it in place on the neck of the container. Containers are automatically moved and aligned under the application station for accurate cap placement. Once the cap is applied, the containers are released from the station. Currently running cap sizes 50 mm diameter and a 19 mm high. Previously running at 40 caps/minute. Offered with pass-thru conveyor measuring 4.5" wide X 84" long, with an indexing belt height of 1.5". Equipped with touchscreen controls. Electrical ratings - 120 VAC, 1 Phase, and AGC 4 amp 250v fuse. Variable speed. Last used in food application.
