This compact, production-oriented machine features a 42mm (1.65”) main-spindle bar capacity, 6,000 RPM main spindle, 5,000 RPM sub spindle, 8-station turret with live tooling capability, and Fanuc 0i-TD control, making it well suited for efficient complete-part machining. Equipped with a sub spindle, EDGE Rebel V-65 bar feeder, LNS chip conveyor, Renishaw probe, and automatic parts accumulator for unattended production. Miyano’s BNA platform is known for combining a compact footprint with rigidity, accuracy, and reduced non-cutting time, making the BNA-42S2 an excellent choice for high-production bar work.
