Fedegari pass-thru autoclave/sterilizer, chamber dimensions measure approximately 51" W x 59" H x 99" L (1300 mm x 1500 mm x 2500 mm), corresponding to a useful volume of around 4875 liters. Inner surfaces are constructed with stainless steel 316 Ti, with a 316 L stainless steel jacket welded to the chamber, with a design pressure of 32 PSI (2.2 bar g). The unit is equipped with a double-door system, featuring automatic sliding doors made of stainless steel 316 Ti, driven by an electric motor. The autoclave is fully insulated and pressure control is maintained through a high-quality absolute pressure transducer, managing steam supply to the chamber automatically. The sterilization cycle encompasses various phases, each of which is individually configurable through the supplied software.
