Chester Jensen 100-Gallon Model X70N5 Cooker/Cooler Kettle Vessel, serial number 0214-P. Measures 48" diameter X 12" straight side with cone bottom, leading to 3" diameter center bottom outlet, including Fluid Flow 3A grade ball valve with tri-clamp connection, 18" clearance from group to tri-clamp. Top head includes bridge with 5" diameter center top opening for agitator, two 2" diameter openings and hinged lids on each side of top bridge. Jacketed vessel is rated for 100 PSI at 340 degrees/-20 degrees Fahrenheit, serial number 69666, National Board number 25136. Last used in commercial kitchen application.
