DCI 790-Liter (209 Gallon) 316L Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor Vessel, measures 40" diameter X 38" straight side with dish bottom and dish top. Rated for a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 45 PSI / Full Vacuum at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) is rated for -20 degrees Fahrenheit at 45 PSI. Dimpled jacket is rated for 175 PSI at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, with a jacket volume of 2 gallons and MDMT of -20 degrees Fahrenheit at 185 PSI. ASME Rated. Serial number JS3101. National Board number 6190. Mounted on (3) legs with casters. Dish bottom includes 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Side-bottom of vessel includes (5) 2" and (1) 2-1/2" inlets. Top head has (1) 8" handhole, (1) 4" tri-clamp agitator opening, (2) 3", (3) 2", & (2) 1-1/2" openings. Top head is removable with heavy duty wing nut clamps and lifting eyes. Previously used at pharmaceutical operation.
