USED MESPACK H-220 FED

MesPack H-220-FED Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machine offers versatile packaging with a Hot Fill Pouch System. It accommodates 4-ounce hot fill pouches using 4 filling heads. Controlled by an Allen Bradley CompactLogix L43 PLC, the machine includes a 2010 TAEevo Chiller and VideoJet 1610 Coder. It features an independent electrical cabinet, automated functions, triple pouch opening mechanism, and 3 filling stations with pouch grippers. Pouches undergo static stretching before sealing, and a reject station is integrated. Automatic lubrication (to be verified) and servo-driven indexing ensure smooth operation. With pouch sizes from 70 mm x 100 mm to 110 mm x 300 mm and gussets from 40 mm to 120 mm, it suits diverse pouch types. Accommodating 50ml to 250ml filling capacities, the machine adapts to flexible film pouch packaging.
