Description
Automatic 4-Cavity Blow Molding Machine, Model KM4A-2L, rated for 5500 bottles per hour output, powered by PLC and HMI system. Includes Parker high-pressure blowing valve, SMC Pneumatic cylinder, Omron sensors, and Schneider low-voltage electric components. Offered with Preform Unscrambler and 120 ML Blowing Mold, rated for up to 5500 BPH. Machine is capable of filling 500ML or more provided having proper mold for round and square bottles. Currently, unit has the mold for a 100 ml (3.3oz) round shot bottle and a 354 ml (12oz) round bottle. Also includes Air Compressor with Air Dryer System, rated for 3.6 m3/min at 30 Bar (127 CFM @ 435 PSI), Air Filter, Air Tank, and 3HP Water Chiller.
