Carrier Inconel 600 Fluidized Bed Dryer, model QAD-3-2460S, manufactured by Carrier Vibrating Equipment, Inc. Set up as three-zone with 24" Wide  X 20'-6" Long perforated drying deck. The cover is constructed of Inconel 600, while the deck is reinforced with 3/16" Inconel 600 formed & drilled plate, and the plenum is composed of 1/4" Inconel 600 plate. Rated for a capacity of 756 LBS/HR (10-60 mesh) Dry Bleach @ 59 PCF. The product moisture content ranges from 12.2% to 13.9%, and it operates at ambient temperature. Bed is driven by a 3HP force vector drive with a 1/8" operating stroke. Power rated for  460V, 60Hz, 3ph, 4.4amps.
