40 gallon Cleveland kettle, Model KGL-40, rated for 140,000 BTU input, natural gas fired, with electrical temperature controls, 120 V, 10 amp, single phase, 60 Hz. Stainless steel construction, jacket rated for 50 PSI @ 298 degrees F. Includes removeable lid with clamp. Bowl measures 26" wide x 24" deep, with 2" diameter center bottom outlet leading to discharge pipe with manual gate valve. Manufactured in 2004. Serial number WT7141-04D-02.
