USED 2009 FILAMATIC CUBITAINER SYST

Filamatic CUBITAINER filling and capping machine, 2-station lobe pump filler with valve-in-top nozzles, stainless steel construction. Set up to fill 18-liter containers. Filling system is 3-stage linear with servo driven filling, including (2) positive displacement pumps. Offered with inline 2-head capper including cap feed system. Offered with stainless steel infeed conveyor, interconnecting conveyor and discharge conveyor. Induction sealer not included. Rated for 208V, 3/60 Hz. Last used to fill alcoholic beverage. Capacity is approximately 360 cases per hour at 18 liters.

The filler currently has two recipes loaded into it, which are 18-liter fill and CIP. Can be programmed to fill virtually any volume of container that fits on the conveyor. The sensors would just need to be adjusted to detect the new container size/shape.
