Stainless steel remineralizer unit is a DSI (Direct Solution Injection) system integrated into a high-capacity reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment line, designed to reintroduce essential minerals directly into RO-permeate in real time for taste and stability—commonly used in beverage and bottled water applications. The system delivers mineral salts at 1.00% by volume of RO water, with automated dosing based on inline conductivity monitoring. It includes two stainless steel blend tanks (TANK 1 and TANK 2) with Lightnin agitators, a PLC-controlled touchscreen panel, and fully sanitary tri-clamp process connections. The unit handles product flow rates from 4,000 to 12,000 GPH, maintains ±10–15% beverage conductivity accuracy, and operates at blend ratios of 500:1 or 2500:1. Built on a stainless steel frame, it supports CIP operation and requires 460V, 3-phase power, instrument air, and nitrogen supply.
