USED SCHAEFFER HS-25

Schaeffer Model HS-25 triple roller bar mixer, rated for 2,500 pounds, 75 cubic feet capacity. Mixer is stainless steel construction with tilt trough. Arms are driven by 200 HP main drive. Includes hydraulic drive for tilt mechanism. Trough is jacketed (has been patched). One side of mixer arms have been shop welded and repaired. Previously used at bakery operation for bagel dough. Serial number 09C1469.
