Lee Industries 26 Gallon/100-Liter, 316 Stainless steel pressure pot / tank, Model 100LDBT, rated for 17 PSI at 254 degrees Fahrenheit, ASME code constructed, National Board number 4523. Vessel measures 21" diameter X 14" straight side with slight cone bottom, leading to 1-1/2 diameter center bottom outlet with manual ball valve. Mounted on legs with casters. Includes removable, clamped top with (3) 2" and (1) 3" diameter openings. New in 1989. Previously used in plant-based food processing facility.
