Makor "CSP/6" Sprayer
Designed to spray varnishes in-line up to 6" width cap., feed through, 3 HP variable feed drive, feed speed from 92 - 460 FPM, conveyor belt feed (belts made of anti-solvent material).
(5) air-assisted airless automatic guns (capable of spraying 6 guns), PLC control unit to automatically regulate the opening-and-closing intervals for the spray according to the speed & length of the part; separate pressure controls for each gun, suction vats above the station for overspray collection.
