Renzo Borgonovo " Stamprice 800P" Embossing Machine
Designed to "hot engrave" or "emboss" decorations onto picture frames, furniture accessories, pelmets and mouldings made of plastic, veneers and MDF.
Hot Engraving; heats the pattern wheel and presses it into wood transferring the the design onto the product.
Embossing; transfers the wheel's design.
27-1/2" Max. material width and 17-1/2" max. embossing width, 1/4" max engraving depth. Embossing wheel adjusts to height, wheel dia. from 140 to 440 mm, 80 mm dia. arbor.
Hot embossing 5-1/2 - 26 FPM, wood pulp embossing 11 - 22 FPM by a 2 HP lower & 1 HP upper drive motor, 1 HP compo pump motor and 1.25 HP cooling system.
