USED WALKER 82-C-7.5

Stainless steel jacketed mix tank, approximately 1,500 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel, measures 6' diameter x 7' straight side with dish top and bottom, with 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Complete with Lightnin Model 82-C-7.5 center top agitation mounted to 8" flange, driven by 7-1/2 HP motor thru 25.6:1 ratio gearbox, 68/45 output RPM. Top head includes 18" diameter manway with clamped manway door, 8" center top opening, 3" and (3) 2" openings. Bottom head includes 3" center bottom outlet and (2) 2" openings. Vessel was previously lug mounted and includes (6) threaded ports for screw-in legs. Manufactured by Walker Stainless, vessel rated for Full Vacuum to 50 PSI internal at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, jacketed for 75 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, ASME code constructed. National Board number 22, Serial number 742. Previously used at biofuel facility.
