Overview
316 Stainless steel Bio-Reactor, 180 Liter capacity (approximately 47 gallons), vessel is jacketed with polished 316 stainless steel. Equipped with bottom magnetic agitator, driven by 1/6 HP motor through gear reduction, polished agitation shaft with 2 propellers. Also includes a steam generator with digital control. This bioreactor has Pakar PLC control system for temperature pH, and dissolved oxygen monitoring and control. It is also equipped with two centrifugal pumps, (1) for jacket circulation and (1) for bilge/product discharge. Also includes a safety relief valve and Sartorius filters. The unit is portable on casters.
