The 2015 Brooks Brothers PTB-111 is a robust and versatile extendable pole trailer designed for heavy-duty utility transport, offering a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 17,600 lbs. Key Features:
Capacity: 17,600 lbs GVWR with approximately 15% weight transfer to the tow vehicle, ensuring efficient load distribution.
Extendable Tongue: Equipped with a removable, bolt-on collar and greaseable roller for smooth extension and retraction, allowing for flexible load lengths.
Bolsters:
60″ wide 3″ double C-channel bolster or optional 95″ wide 4″ double C-channel bolster.
Available with 12″ chain-adjusted stanchions or 21″ lever lock stanchions for secure load retention.
Jack: Binkley model 48000 drop leg jack with a 12,000 lb static load capacity for stable loading and unloading.
Winch Straps: Four 30′ long nylon winch straps (optional upgrade from 15′) for secure load fastening.
Lighting and Wiring:
Standard BBT Light Bar with two oval rubber-mounted sealed LED beam lights (stop, turn, and tail), three center ID marker lights, and two side marker lights.
S.O. cable wiring harness runs internally where possible, with external wiring clamped on 16″ centers using rubber-lined clamps for durability.
Braking System: Semi-automatic air brakes for reliable stopping power under heavy loads.
