120 POSITION TOOL TOWER
This is an external freestanding 120 position tool tower.  The tools are loaded through a gate to be stored in the multi-story rack system.  An integrated control system manages the magazine pockets.  For a tool change, the tool is picked up by a machine-specific handling unit and transferred to the spindle hand-over position parallel to processing time.  There the tool is picked up by the spindle.
